Story
I’m swimming 1 length for charity.
Swimming 1 length may not seem a lot but this length is two kilometres long across a bay on the far west coast of the Outer Hebrides. I’ve never swum anywhere near this far before, especially not at sea, and it will be a big challenge for me.
One length of Uig Bay = 2km.
The north Atlantic water will be pretty cold, even in summer, plus I’ll be battling the ever changing currents. Despite the waves and the jelly fish I am determined I will make it.
