Barry and I are taking part in the 'Spireathlon' with the people we support.

As you are all probably aware, we work for a non-profit organisation, so it is important that we get all the funds we can through events like these. The money raised from this event will be put towards future fun activities for the people we support.

This is the plan: We are swimming for thirty minutes, then walking for one and a half miles and then cycling for thirty minutes. Although this may not seem much for some, there is a very good chance we will be lagging behind the people we support!! :-)
