I'm raising £1500 to Keswick and Penrith Mount Rescue

Story

NCHA colleagues are doing a Fire Walk Challenge on Tuesday 4 November 2025 to raise money for Keswick and Penrith Mount Rescue in memory of our wonderful friend, Joey Tandy.

Joey had planned to do the fire walk with us to mark the first anniversary of NCHA’s new head office site in Clifton. We’re heartbroken to say he unexpectedly passed away during a hiking accident in the summer, at the young age of 27.

Joey was a wonderfully unique, larger-than-life character and an amazing friend to so many of us. Although he can’t join us on the day, we know he’ll be walking with us in spirit as we take on this challenge in his loving memory.
