Springfield Special Needs School educates children and young people, between the ages of 2 & 16. All our pupils have severe learning difficulties and communication problems. In addition some of the pupils have:

Mild or severe physical difficulties
Medical problems
Sensory deficits [visual, aural, tactile]
Challenging behaviour problem
Access to minibuses is vital to enable our pupils to integrate with the local community and access resources and activities. This helps our pupils to grow in confidence, gain valuable experience and improve social skills.

We desperately need a new large minibus that is adapted for wheelchair access. We have to fundraise to buy and run minibuses as well as many other educational essentials. Our oldest minibus is now beyond repair and needs replacing but we simply don't have the resources to do it. Please support us and help us buy a new minibus!
