Springwell is a primary school for children aged 4 – 11 years with complex learning difficulties. All of our children have a severe level of special needs and many have associated disabilities such as autism, speech and language disorders and challenging behaviour.

We are hoping to raise enough funds to cover a few key elements of the schools outdoor resources. We are currently undergoing a huge expansion due to the high needs and pressures on the City Council. In 2011, Springwell had just 57 pupils and in September 2018 we will have reached 193.

Due to this huge expansion, it's very important that our resources expand at the same rate. This is why we have chosen to try and fund-raise for new outdoor play equipment.

We'd like to create a canopied space in the playground with seating and activities, along with smaller play items. With your help we can make a huge difference in our children's activity time engagement and interaction level.
