Story
As posted on Facebook during our holiday in Goa, Angie and I want to raise £2000 to repair the washrooms for the orphanage. We have been overwhelmed by the number of pledges made when we were there. This is now how you can donate. We saw and met the wonderful people who run the orphanage. A skeleton staff of a couple of nuns and local helpers. The were so thankful and astounded. They thought we were just taking presents for the children (which we did), they were amazed when we showed them how much help had been offered by our wonderful friends and family. Sister Christobel was the founder of "Mother Teresa's Roses". "The Parra Pink House", the orphanage in Northern Goa, provides a home for children who have literally been picked up from the streets of Goa, Mumbai and Gujarat, this is the girl's orphanage, the boy's are housed in Quepem, Goa. The boys are in a house which has been donated but it is also in need of repair. Thank you for your wonderful response to our simple request. Lets make a difference.
We filmed the washrooms when we were there. Watch the video https://www.facebook.com/sarah.elmadawi/videos/10215531200021821/ (You may have to cut and paste this as I'm not that clever!)

These children are the lucky one's who now have somewhere safe to stay, food to eat and love. Thank you. Sarah and Angie
