Stop Rochford Overdevelopment (SRO) is a resident-led, fact-based campaign opposing speculative mass building (c. 2,300 homes) around Brays Lane and Apton Hall Road, that would erode Green Belt, village culture, and already-stretched roads, schools and GP services.

This initial target is for Brays Lane, any remaining funds will be forwarded to stopping Rochford Park (Hemspan).

Donations fund independent planning, traffic and ecology evidence, legal advice, and community outreach (leaflets, website, hall hire). We’re transparent—every pound stays local and we’ll publish costed updates.
