Sponsored Lift-a-thon

The Sandwell Steelers Women's Team are an amateur community American Football team based in the Black Country that compete in the National Women's Contact Leagues run by BAFA in the UK.

To help us in the upcoming 2021 season, we are raising funds for our team by taking part in a sponsored lift-a-thon on the 20th September at Rudis Fitness. The girls will work over a two hour time slot to lift as much weight as physically possible and record the results.

20% of the funds raised will be donated to the women's charity partner, Black Country Women's Aid. BCWA support survivors of violence, sexual abuse & exploitation across the West Midlands.
