This is karina shipman, she was diagnosed with a wilms tumor at the age of three, she has had 6 lots of chemotherapy and a large operation that removed one of the tumors in her left kidney, one remains in her lungs, she is usually a bright smiley cheeky girl with a love for pink unicorns and princesses.
