Story
Hey everyone,
In March 2021, after months of wondering and questioning Freddie our youngest was diagnosed with autism. We were terrified, what is this? What’s next? What do we do now? So many unanswered questions, we reached out to a few friends and some charity’s to gain a better understanding. we want to raise awareness, to show autism in a positive light. We hope through fundraising we can show you! ❤️
In October we are planning a Halloween 🎃 disco for the pupils in primary 6 at Dreghorn Primary, this is Freddie’s sisters class and she is very keen to help fundraise. We will be charging tickets at £2, having a tuck shop where we will sell sweets, juice, crisps and glow sticks. We will play games, have a boogie 💃🏼 and great fun. Tickets will sell quick so be fast!! (If anyone would like to donate anything to the tuck shop, or prizes for the kids please let me know)
In November we are planning Freddie’s sensory overload, in this challenge we, alongside lots of our family and friends, will be running in to the sea at Irvine beach on sat 6th of November. We hope to achieve the feeling an autistic person has to deal with when they experience a sensory overload, the water will be FREEZIN!! If you wish to join us please let me know, if you wish to donate please use the just giving link below.
Thanks for taking the time to read, we hope you can support us.
Lots of love,
Team Paton ❤️
