I have been struggling for a while with severe upper back pain, shoulder pain and chest pain. I also suffer skin infections, dents in the shoulders and sides from bras, rashes and low self esteem. The size of my breasts also stops me getting clothing that fits and taking part in certain movements and exercises.

I love to fundraise and take part in events and have pulled out of events in the past due to pain because of my breasts. I would like to save and pay privately as the NHS is overstretched and waiting lists are massive - I need this pain to stop and so I can start training better for longer distance runs, I aim to run the London Marathon one day!!

I would love to go from my 36F/G Cup down to a C/D cup. Pending discussions with a surgeon closer to the surgery date, with a possible uplift due to weight loss and loose skin.
