Nola is a 1,5 year staffie. A few days after she's been spayed she had emergency surgery - it turned out she had severe pancreatitis.

She spent 4 days in the hospital recovering. She had to eat through a tube coming through her throat and wear a drainage container to get rid of liquid in her belly.

Her "retreat" cost us over £6500 - luckily, she is insured and we should get about £5300 back. However, with the previous costs for spaying the bill is a lot to cover - we had to pay £1300 more than we were planning to!
