Dear family and friends,

The past couple of weeks have been heartbreaking to witness how Covid-19 has affected India. The sad state of affairs hits very close to home for us, so we have decided to take action and do everything in our means to help and support our country.

A group of us have come together with the ambition of raising funds for emergency relief in India through hosting events.

The minimum donation per person per event will be AED 1,000 (or GBP 200) for under 30s and AED 2,000 (or GBP 400) for over 30s. We will run each event as a competition with up to 25 guests.

The event itinerary:

Wednesday 5th May - Top Golf

Saturday 8th May - Rummy

Tuesday 11th May - Go Karting

Saturday 15th May - Brass Monkey

We will be raising funds through the NGO Altry: Gifts That Matter, a platform that connects donors to vetted charitable causes to create maximum impact. We have chosen three different NGOs in India to work with Covid-19 relief (YouthFeed India, FromU2Them and Child Fund India).We want to ensure the funds raised will be utilized effectively by grassroots NGOs and will reach out not only urban but rural communities.
