Weʼve raised £0 to fight the Economy Ministers decision to press ahead with the destruction of ancient woodland in the development of the Red Route

    Story

The Welsh Assembly Government are planning to plough a new road from the end of the Flintshire Bridge, Deeside, to a new multi-level interchange on the A55 between Northop and Flint Mountain, destroying ancient woodland and farmland.

As a community, we are now doing all we can to have this decision reversed. Ken Skates (Minister for Transport and the Economy) has refused to accept the flaws in his decision making and is pressing ahead with this hugely damaging development. We need your support to help fight this decision all the way. Your donations will be used to fund all aspects of the campaign, from marketing and PR to legal representation.

We're confident with the right support we can get this decision reversed and protect our vital countryside.
