3 Countries in 3 Days - Cycling over 350 miles from Scotland to St Clears.

St Clears cycling club was formed just over a year ago, with the aim of getting fit, getting out of the house, having a chat, drinking tea and eating cake!

We were all extremely saddened to hear about Stanley and his illness, and decided we would like to do something that could help Stanley and his family.

Stanley is 10 years old and attends the local primary school, Ysgol Griffith Jones.

Stanley has rhabdomyosarcoma - which is a muscle tissue cancer. Stanley has begun chemotherapy treatment at The Noah's Ark Childrens Hospital in Cardiff. Stanley is awaiting confirmation of radio therapy, which will take place in America.

We decided on a charity cycle ride, which will take in 3 countries in 3 days, starting in Scotland, then on to England and finally back home to St Clears in Wales. We will be cycling just over 350 miles in 3 days, which will be some challenge for a bunch of old fogies!

All riders will be covering their own costs (transport, accommodation and food).
