Story
Supermarkets have so much surplus food waste and we collect this locally and then get it to those in need, we supply local Nurseries and the Youth Club, local food banks and homeless shelters as well as supply the food to street kitchens in both Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Town Centres.
To date we have collected and given out the equivalent of over 23,000 meals worth of surplus food which would have otherwise gone in the bin.
The food we collect helps so many people of all ages who would otherwise go without.
We set up the #StaplefordFoodProject to make a positive difference in the wider community.
Any help you can give us will be gratefully appreciated and enable us to reach more people and carry on doing what we do.
