I've raised £2500 to Supporting my friends 5 year old little girl in making life happy & memorable whilst fighting cancer & easing long term effects from chemo

I've set up this fund for my good friends daughter Seren who is 5 and recently diagnosed with Wilms tumours on her kidneys and lung.
Treatment is about to get even tougher and family life has been turned upside down. Seren is a very sociable, kind and loving girl and enjoys nothing more than playing with her friends and little sister Nia, 3, which helps raise her spirits. Her treatment has made spending time with her favourite people and school friends very difficult and she will be an inpatient for much of her chemotherapy and will need regular blood transfusions as well as injections to help her bone marrow recover more quickly.
So far Seren's treatment has gone well. Seren and her family have been involved in several campaigns and fundraisers to help raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer and different charities such as Macmillan and CLIC Sargent. Support from their local community has been fantastic.
I'm raising these funds to help with the cost of a cancer diagnosis in someone so little, making Seren's life as normal and happy as possible on this journey and for the long term effects her cancer treatment will have on her as she grows. All funds raised will go direct to Seren and any amount donated is very much appreciated.
I have set up this page in response to the incredible support the family have received and for the many people who have asked how they can send Seren money or how they can raise money in Seren's name through fundraising events. This Crowdfunding page can be linked to any event. please ask for details.
You can follow Seren's story on facebook- Seren Shooting Star .
Thank you all so much
