Story
In August 2015 Jessica Edgar took a leap a faith, quit her full time teaching job, and decided to set up some performing arts classes for children in Shepperton having realised that the community was FULL of wonderful children but missing performing arts classes or a place for them to go to express themselves creatively, build confidence, make friends and most importantly..have fun in a safe and happy environment!
In September 2015 the first term of classes started with 3 classes a week and approximately 45 children. Jump forwards to 8th March 2016 and Jessica won 'Surreys Rising Star Young Business woman of the year award' with just under 100 children in the school. By April 2016 Jessica had 5 classes a week running with over 100 children. Now, November 2016 Jessica runs 9 classes a week over 6 days.
In order to continue growing the business Jessica needs financial help to cover annual costs of extortionate local council rent costs, continual publicity and promotional material for the business and most importantly Jessica would like to be able to offer some scholarship places to children that are not able to afford the weekly classes.
