Our sweetheart St Bernard puppy has been stopped at the UK border during her travel from Poland to her new home in Scotland (Glasgow). Even though all papers and vaccinations are valid, the English officer decided to take her as in his opinion "she looks too small for 4 months old saint bernard”. Yeah, official dog birth certificate from legal breeder registered in International Canine Federation wasn’t’ enough evidence for her age.

The next day the independent vet has carried out their inspection and found her to be of age. So they made a mistake stopping her at the UK Border.

Despite this we had to pay a lot of money. They took her to Secure Animal Care Pet Services close to Dover in southern England. We live in Glasgow (Scotland) and don’t have a car. We were unable to arrange our own car transport for the dog. Secure Animal Care Pet Services will send our dog to Glasgow but we have to pay 700 £ and additional 60 £ for emergency boarding of her.

We didn't want to delay her travel and we paid the full amount right away because the dog's well-being is the most important thing for us. Our budget, however, was greatly strained. We will be really thankful for any help from you. Every amount counts.
