St Edmunds Youth Football Club did have two teams with one at each of U7's and U9's. Most of these young children have ADHD or Autism. These children are very unique and are gaining a special bond. The U9's has been re-built after losing half their team from the previous season. These young children had a rough first season 2021/22 when the club lost its home of 30 years in September 2021 when we were told to leave the facilities we were at. We managed to get a temporary home and a new training facility on a temporary basis. But we have had to move again for this season to a park. In the long term this isn't ideal as there's to many distractions which is affecting the Children's development. But unless we can raise enough money to buy our own land we will just have to keep training at the park and hire pitches for matches. But at the moment the main problem is we have very limited equipment and we need more qualified coaches. But without the funds we can't move forward and the teams will start to struggle and players will leave.

These children are amazing and want to fight for the club they love, but they can't do it alone. THEY NEED YOUR SUPPORT TO KEEP BUILDING.

Our U7's have all walked away and half of our U9's have too. We are doing another re-build of our team ready for the 2023/24 season.
We are still looking for more coaches and players at other age groups.
But without our own facilities this is becoming harder to do.
Once we have our own facilities the FA have funding opportunities to help and improve pitches etc.
But with out help from generous supporters we are struggling to find the land needed.
