Story
Ana is a 37 years old mother of 4, 3 boys and a little girl, but Ana has got Multiple scleroses. Being ill for 5 and half years she only been diagnosed 2 years ago. At the same time we found out Ana was pregnant, a moment of happiness and sadness as we don't know what the future has in store for us. Pregnancy was bumpy but we got through it. On the 15th of June 2015 our beautiful daughter Isabella was born, we were thrilled with happiness and feeling blessed. Then, 3 months later Ana had her first bladder infection which trigger a relapse, this was our 1st real introduction to the effects of MS and that was enough to leave Ana using crutches, then she had another one and another one by December 2015 she had four bladder infections and every time her mobility is much worse and will never get better. At the moment she is using crutches to go out to the doctors but in long walks like supermarkets she has to use a wheelchair. Ana has knee, muscle pain, spasticity and leg cramps, restless legs at night, knees that give up on her which has made her fall several times. When she gets these infections she is paralyzed from the waist down, it's symptoms are fever like and has a huge affect on her. Ana is a loving caring mother and all she wants is to be able to be a mum and a wife, she wants to take the kids to school, look after the baby, clean cook and go out with family for activities, she wants to go back to be herself. Doing research we found HSCT treatment which has been proved to halter MS, is a shot in the dark but she wants to do it and I'm with her 100% on that, but we haven't got the money. Here in the UK they don't offer this treatment yet and the neurologist won't refer Ana for trials our only way is looking abroad. Please help us to raise funds for stem cell treatment in Mexico and give Ana the opportunity of enjoying life again, being herself, being a mother and a wife, she is to young and we are looking forward to a long bright future. Thank you.

8 years agoHi all I'm bad at updating what's going on in our lives and I will try to post more updates it's hard for me to be the bread winner, father of 4 and companion and pillar of support to Ana. I myself am feeling the pressures to support and provide for my family. We do get additonal support form Ana's 58 yo mom who travelers 40 min each way from her home to ours to take the boys to school and help Ana with looking after our 18 month old daughter. We really do appreciate the help and support she provides. Please support our cause
