Having just returned from volunteering in India we've seen first hand what a difference this charity really makes to the local community. We all met at the volunteer house and celebrated the famous Holi festival together. Unfortunately, little Ellee flew home the day before the fun began and so we've decided we are going to recreate the amazing experience at the Manchester colour run and raise money for a good cause close to our hearts at the same time.

STEP was founded by two brothers Ravi and Gaurav who work continuously not only to improve the lives of the people in their community but also to give the volunteers the best experience possible. The aim of STEP is to provide education for the local tribal communities in and around Udaipur so they have better opportunities in their lives. They also strive to give their local people medical health awareness.

Donating to this cause would help the charity to continue to do the amazing work they are currently doing. This includes teaching English in the local community, providing daycare for young children with nowhere to go and doing arts and crafts with the boys from the orphanages and disabled school to give them a break from daily life in India.
