Story
As most of our will know I lost my son Jacob George in June 2015, my little trooper lived for 5 weeks and 1 day and spent his life in various neonatal wards, when he gained his angel wings I was introduced to a charity called teardrop, they offer support To families who have had to go through every parents worst nightmare, since then teardrop has become my rock and I have met some of the most strongest and amazing people who have helped me through in every way. As a thank you to teardrop me and my mam Helen will be taking part in the great north run this year in memory of our son and grandson. If you could spare anything from pennies to pounds It would be greatly appreciated xx
