I know there are so many deserving people in the world but could I please ask you to consider for Stuart. Stuart who is a 25 year old downs syndrome man with so man illnesses, as a family we find it hard to comprehend how he smiles all the time.

Stuart has had brain surgery for moya moya brain disease(narrowing of the arteries in the brain) and faces having a second operation for the same disease after having multiple strokes , he has type 2 diabetes, asthma and a neurotic hip also epeleptic, yet he laughs all the time even though he's in immense pain.

Stuarts Mum Hazel who also has healrh problems knocks herself out looking after him being his fulltime carer as well as his mother around the clock.

It's Stuart's greatest wish to go to the north pole (Lapland) (where father christmas lives in his words) which he loves Christmas all year round. Due to  unsuccessfully raising the cash to get Stuart to Lapland we thought of lets bring Lapland to Stuart. We hope to make this Christmas extra special for Stuart and i couldnt think of a more deserving person all that Stuart has been through and still yet he carries on with the infectious smile on his face grinning and baring the pain he suffers everyday.
