I've raised £2500 to help fund replacing the car with a smaller automatic which my wife can drive to improve her quality of life, her independence & social life.
Organised by STEPHEN BOURKE
My lovely wife Rani, was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2009 and has slowly lost her confidence and independence. With her family, including our daughter, living away she would much benefit from finding a way of becoming mobile. We cannot afford a car albeit second hand. Due to Rani's condition she requires an automatic as not having to worry about clutch control does not put a strain on her legs.
A second hand automatic car will give Rani the independence and freedom to visit friends and family, shop without waiting for lifts as well as increase her well being by getting to hospital and physiotherapy appointments without having to rely on somebody else.
