On the 6th October 2019 I am running the 36 mile long Downs Link Ultra marathon to raise money for Broadbridge Heath Junior football club. The Bears is an FA Charter Club providing grass roots football from the age of 5 to adult.
The club is a huge part of the Broadbridge Heath community and provides a real family friendly environment for kids to exercise, compete and have fun.
All teams are run by volunteer coaches who work tirelessly, with limited funds, to provide an invaluable community resource.
Any sponsorship and support on the day would be gratefully received. I will pass through Broadbridge Heath, on the Downs Link, at approx 1230 to 1300. This is about 18 miles in, so halfway! Feel free to come and cheer me on, I may need it!!!
