Story
Hi, and thanks for visiting Stephen Cohen's Just Giving page. Anyone that knows Stephen will testify that he has always been willing to help anyone wherever possible, which is why this page has been set up so that friends and family can donate to two worthy causes.
As you may also know, Stephen was recently diagnosed with Leukaemia and has been having ongoing treatment for this. Stephen has remained positive throughout his treatment and has continued to laugh and smile despite what he has faced. He has been an inspiration to all of his friends and family.
Stephen was due to undergo more treatment for his illness, when sadly he was given the news that he had suffered a relapse, which meant the planned operation would not be possible. This also meant that Stephen now only has a short time to live.
The staff and facilities at Northampton General Hospital and in particular the Talbot Butler Ward have been praised by Stephen and his wife Denise throughout his treatment. The hospital helped Stephen remain positive and as comfortable as possible during his time there. In light of this, I would like to raise money for an Assessment Unit that the hospital dearly needs.
I would also like people to donate kindly so that we can treat Stephen to a thank you present for all that he has given us. Stephen has touched many lives over the years and it would be wonderful to show how much we all think of him.
Thank you in advance for any donations no matter how big or small.
Nicholas.
