Firstly, thank you all for all the love and support you have given Steph - this means so much to her and her recovery. It has been incredibly hard to see how upset and scared Steph is about the impact of what has happened. She is worried about the consequences of being out of action for a while: missing out on seeing friends, not being able to participate in all the plans that she had, the projects she would be part of, not to mention falling behind on rent as she is not entitled to any sick pay; essentially putting her life on hold. Most heartbreaking of all has been to hear her comment on her facial and dental injuries: ‘I won’t be me’. Unfortunately, there is no denying that Steph’s recovery will be costly and Mum and I will give all that we can to help her get her life back, which will include extensive dental treatment (currently estimated at £1600). I just wanted to offer the opportunity to you guys to give even the smallest amount (no pressure to give at all though!) to help Steph at this time. Many many thanks in advance. Lots of love xSarahx
