It is important to keep fitness of body and fitness of mind.
NIVA challenge you to set your own personal exercise goals, walking either once a month, weekly or daily - whatever you like !
We suggest having a monthly target depending on the month (March 3 km, April 4km, May 5km….)
Post photos to the NIVA Facebook page to share experiences. You can do this by sending your photos to the NIVA page via messenger. This is important as we want to share our walks together as although we may not be together in person, we are still together in our achievements and goals. There will also be a president's prize for the photo (including NIVA neck buff) in the most interesting place!
Make a donation each month as you reach the target or make a one-off donation.
At the end of the year we will split the total
