At 6 and a half years old, this girl has never heard clearly. Living in a world of muffled and unclear noise, despite a hearing aid, means that speech is difficult. How can I speak clearly unless I can hear clearly. And at 6 and a half, making friends is everything.

I will be racing up the 1,093 steps, or 61 floors of a Bangkok skyscraper for the 2019 Vertical Marathon.

*Note - This child has received excellent care for the last 4 years. Her carers have fought to get her as much help as possible and she does have a government-issued hearing aid. This fundraising is to enable a new audiometry assessment and new device tuned to her specific current needs.
