We’re back for another year of Step Up for Supply Chain, taking on a new challenge to raise vital funds for two incredible causes.

On Thursday 14 May 2026, a team of colleagues from CBRE GWS UK Procurement, alongside our supplier partners, will take on a walking challenge in the Peak District, tackling the iconic Edale Skyline. We will complete 20 mile route with a total ascent of around 1,100 metres in one of the UK’s most scenic landscapes.

This year, we are once again proud to be fundraising for Alzheimer’s Society and our social enterprise partner Waste to Wonder.

Alzheimer’s Society works tirelessly to support people living with dementia, fund critical research, and campaign for change. Their vision is a world where dementia no longer devastates lives, and every donation helps improve support today while creating hope for the future.

Alongside this, we are raising funds with Waste to Wonder to help build essential water borewells in The Gambia, providing communities with access to safe, clean drinking water. These borewells can transform daily life for entire villages, offering a sustainable and reliable water supply where it is most needed.

In 2025, the CBRE GWS Procurement team completed a 42km walk along the Thames Path, from Hampton Court to CBRE’s London headquarters, raising funds for these same two causes. Building on that success, Step Up for Supply Chain 2026 continues our commitment to stepping up beyond our day to day roles, working together with colleagues and suppliers to make a positive and lasting impact.
