our boy vinny became unwell so we had to take him to an emergency vets on a sunday. We had insurance to cover £3000 ( well we thought did), the vet found a tumour on our boys spleen, the spleen and tumour was removed during the night. We had a call to tell us that it had spread to his liver. So vinny would maybe last 6 to 12 months. so gutted to say vinny collapsed tuesday morning and passed away on the way to the vets. Our bill was just short of £3000, our insurance has only paid £700 due to some small print about £1000 per condition ( animal friends ). We have just received a bill for £2015. Still miss our boy so much.
