We are joining the PROPS charirty‘s 10th anniversary Bristol to Bordeaux Cycle Challenge.

The Bristol to Bordeaux cycle challenge is a road cycle 500 mile, door to door in 4 days event. However to celebrate the 10th year we are part of a group that will also be riding the additional 2 days from Bordeaux to the Col du Tourmalet to climb to a summit finish on one of cycling‘s most iconic climbs !! Therefore attempting to complete 700 miles in 6 days and a fair few feet of climbing !

PROPS is a special needs charity for young adults.Its mission is to help those with learning difficulties and disabilities achieve their potential within our community. They work with a number of community partners to encourage integration through a range of initiatives including business enterprise, social and educational interaction, farming and horticulture, sporting activities and creative arts. The charity is funded by student fees, voluntary donations and fundraising events. The B2B cycle challenge is the biggest event of the year.

The event is funded by sponsors and supported by volunteers. A number of students will also be joining the challenge as well as volunteers from the charity.

(Please note that all donations made go direct to the charity and do not fund any part of the event costs.)

This is a worthy charity making a massive difference to both the students and thier families. We are proud to be a part of the event and hopefully raise much needed funds to allow PROPS to continue helping and inspiring many more students in the future.
