Sidcup Debt Advice

We are a local charity committed to helping those in debt. We are totally free and want to keep it that way. We have a number of trained debt advice volunteers. We are connected to the Community Money Advice network of Debt Advice centres. The administration for this work is necessary and we have the technology with laptops and Wi-Fi etc operating out of local church premises. At present the volunteers for the admin side are haphazard and we are seeking to employ someone for 2 days a week to help with this issue. There are various FCA regulations to adhere to so it can be a slow process hence the need for an employed person. We are a christian based charity and local churches are able to support us where funds are available but this fundraising project is for an extra person to add to the team in this important work of helping the poor.
