Hi everyone,

As many of you you know, last year we held a charity football match at Kidsgrove Athletic Football Club for The Wendy Jones Trust where we amazingly raised £1,141 which has helped families and children all over Stoke On Trent.

Since the last football match we tragically lost the best dad, husband, grandad and friend. So this year we have decided to do this in memory of the legend … Simon Harrison, while still raising money for a cause that meant so much to him, and means so much to ourselves.

Leek Building Society have so generously agreed to sponsor the match and all players have agreed to donate £20 to play whilst also looking for companies or people to sponsor them. All money raised will go directly to the trust.

My dad was so happy to see so many friends and family there last year helping and supporting his sisters trust, so let’s do him proud again!

Our aim this year is to beat last years total, so we invite you all down to come to Kidsgrove Athletic, who have generously donated us the pitch again, to have a day of fun and really get behind everyone!
