How we met Mikey

We were informed about the work the team at Bark Inn do to help greyhounds, and went to talk about adopting one of our own. Michelle was able to find the ideal dog to suit our lifestyle, and that's how we became the proud owners of Mikey.

Retired greyhounds are loyal, friendly and make wonderful pets. Their treatment during the time they are racing is sometimes too horrific to explain.

Bark Inn are an organisation that take in ex racing greyhounds and find homes so that the rescued greyhounds have a chance of getting love and affection for the remainder of their lives.

Considering the start in life that the majority have had, they are the most loving companion anyone would wish for, and are just so grateful for a fresh start.
