I am raising money for a defibrillator to keep at the Twice Brewed Inn pub which is situated along Hadrian's Wall. Due to the location of the pub we encounter huge amounts of walkers, cyclists and visitors of all ages, all year round and I feel it is essential that we have this piece of medical equipment available for immediate use. To raise this amount of money I will be completing the Allendale challenge, a 26 mile fell walk, in full firefighter kit including the breathing apparatus. I have done this previously in lock down and it took me 12 hours and 8 minutes, this is a time which I am looking to beat this time around whilst still in full firefighter and breathing apparatus. Whilst I complete this I will have the support of 2 retained firefighters who have kindly provided me with this uniform and BA so that this can all go ahead. I would be eternally grateful for donations so that we can make the Twice Brewed Inn an overall safer place.
