My name is Steven and I am FtM. I realised I was in the wrong body from a young age as I never felt comfortable as a female. At 16 years old I started socially transitioning as my parents did not accept this when I told them. I was on Leeds gender clinic at the age of 18 and waited at the time for 2 years and still heard nothing I was struggling with poor mental health this was no fault of the clinic it was the waiting times. At the age of 20 my parents kicked me out and left me with 1 week to find somewhere else to live as they were quite transphobic. I moved over to Sheffield and I had a better support network and they encouraged me to go private so I went with GenderGP. So I did this I was on Testosterone Gel for 1 year and then on 16th June 2022 they changed me on to Sustanol injections . I am wanting to have my top surgery early 2024 and I have chosen to go with Dr Lembas in Poland this is due to the price difference from the UK and Poland. Due to price increase I am now needing to raise £3500 for my surgery. I cannot do anything until ive receievd the full amount for my surgery because I reached out and they said once I sort all documments out it will be 1 month before I will need to fly out to Poland.
