Story
Mental Health is a subject close to my heart. I have lost loved ones, including family members and one of my best friends to suicide. Therefore, I have decided that I will distribute the money raised to various local therapists to ensure those in need of support have access to it.
I will be completing two back-to-back Iron man distances on the 16th-17th of October, this will entail; a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mike bike and a 26 mile run which will be repeated again without a break or sleep - to which will be a World Record attempt!
