I work in a local care home that is a charitable, not for profit organisation. The care home caters for a wide range of residents with varying care needs and mobility.

I thought that it would be a great idea to try and improve facilities by raising some money to put towards some additional comfortable and adjustable seating for those residents who find normal chairs difficult to sit in.

I am hoping that, with everybody's help, I can raise enough money to buy a fully adjustable, reclining chair that fits in with both the resident's needs and the ambience of the home.

That's why I will be shaving off my beard and the hair on my head on October 1st; to raise some funds for our wonderful care home.
