    Story

From an early age, I have suffered with mental health problems. However it wasn't until a couple of months ago when I finally got a diagnosis of several mental health problems. I went through the whole of my school life being led to believe that I was a naughty child. No young teenager should feel like that. It wasn't until I left secondary school and went on to further education at college that I got proper professional diagnosis of these types of problems. Therefore, I would like to take part in a fundraising event to raise awareness of youth mental health.

To fundraise for this event, on my birthday (27th June) I will be taking part in half a marathon (13.1 miles). I will be running from Harrogate to Leeds. During this 6 hour trek I would appreciate if family and friends could support me along the way. Many thanks :)
