Steve has been kicking cancers arse for the last few years and every day with a smile and a stupid snapchat filter. Unfortunately Steve was recently given the devestating news he has around 6 months to a year to spend with his family. Hes currently going through chemo to prolong his time.

I first met Steve around 10 years ago when he and his wife Sue (stupidly) opened their home to 25 drama students off on a jolly. He welcomed us, fed us, joined in with our silly games, and drove us to the airport at stupid o clock. The Spratts have always been so generous and open to us lot and shared what they have with us. Steve is always laughing, telling terrible jokes, and usually taking the piss out of us. Even when I took his knee out at Saphs wedding - I wont go into details but over enhusiastic partner dancing might have been involved.

Steves wish for a long time has been to get his big family to DisneyWorld and - in his words - skip down main street with his grand daughters Lily-Sue and Emma as he once did with his own kids. But life gets in the way and so far its not been financially possible for them. His daughter, and one of my best friends Sapphire, has been furiously working out how to get them there but its going to be really tight. Its going to cost the 10 of them about 12k and although I doubt we can raise that much on this platform, it would be amazing if we could take some of that financial burden from them in this tough time and give the Spratts some amazing memories after a difficult few years.
