Dorset Disabled Canoe Unit

We are a friendly club that paddle on the River Stour near Tuckton in Christchurch.

We welcome any level of experience and age and our support team are happy to help! Family members are also welcome.

We normally paddle twice a month between April and September as the weather allows.

Here at Dorset Disabled Canoe Unit (DDCU), we provide a kayaking and canoeing experience for our members in the beautiful area of Christchurch, Dorset. We provide a friendly, fun and safe environment for people of all abilities and ages to take part in the sport.

DDCU is a relaxed club providing regular paddles and social events through the paddling season. Our famous BBQ's are especially well attended and provide great opportunities to meet new people and connect with our members.
