2.6 Challenge: St Gens Response to Covid-19

We are inviting you the students, staff, past pupils and families of St Genevieve's to get involved in a 2.6 Marathon Challenge in an effort to raise vital funds for needy causes in the current pandemic. At St Genevieve's High School, we always like to 'think of others' and we strive to help those facing hardship. Since 2010 we have donated over £150,000 to charitable projects. During this difficult time for many, we as a school community would like to take action to fund-raise for those in greatest need. Your kind donations will help us to do that. Thank you - your support is very much appreciated.

There are just a few simple steps to take:

1 Decide on your 2.6 challenge (run/walk 2.6 miles, bake 26 cupcakes, make 26 TikToks, do a 26 question quiz, camp in your garden 26th May, the list is endless! For more inspiration checkout #2.6challengeinspiration, St Genevieve's social media pages or students can get info on googleclassrooms

2 Make a donation on our Just giving page or get friends and family to sponsor you

3 Complete your challenge within the timeframe (Wed 20th May- Mon 8th Jun 2020)

4 Share your plans and photos with us on Facebook: Stgenevieve’s Belfast, Instagram: stgenevievesbelfast or Twitter: @_stgens

The only requirement is that you must follow Government guidelines on exercise and social distancing.

We hope that you enjoy our school FUNd-raising challenge. 'Giving is not just about making a donation, it's about making a difference'.
Thank you for helping us to make a difference.
