During our volunteering trip (June 26 - July 1st) to St. Martins School http://www.saintmartinskenya.com/ we will be focusing on 3 areas:

1. Coach teachers and staff and train them on the new literacy e-learning platform and computer rooms (STEM grant by the Milano family)

2. Train School admin on salesforce donor management platform and streamline back office processes

3. Check on all sponsored kids and have fun with all kids!

The donations will go directly to the teachers and staff fund. I'll make the wire myself. The teachers at St. Martins are the real heroes. Teachers take home less than 300 dollars per month, half what a teacher at a Public School makes. They work in sub-optimal conditions and in most cases they have several hours of commute to get to the school. This video is a testimony to them:
