Story
Stonehouse History Group is unable to hold normal meetings at the moment because of the current restrictions. We would like to continue to offer some of our usual events via Zoom. To do this we need a modern laptop with a good camera and microphone. Please help us to buy a new laptop to replace our old one. If you can help us by donating a few pounds we will do our best to arrange different presentations until we are able to go back to Park Junior School Hall. The new laptop can then be used with the school projector at real life meetings.

4 years agoThank you so much to everyone who has donated to Stonehouse History Group. We have enough to buy a new laptop. If any more donations come in we will put the money towards our next Information Board to illustrate the history of our special town. Have you seen the latest board in the Old Chapel Garden?

Thanks for the invitation to join your Zoom talk on the Pubs of Stonehouse. I very much enjoyed it and definitely worth a donation to your appeal.
