LITIGIO LLP's Operation Stop Corruption UK is established to root out fraud and white collar crime in the courts and public sector.

We have investigated shocking cases of financial abuse embedded in the insolvency sector and in the Insolvency Courts. We are working to tackle the problem head on, taking action against those in public office that abuse their positions of trust.

Shadow Courts, both family and insolvency courts are being used by solicitors to unlawfully deprive innocent people of property and assets.

We have worked to assist dozens of victims, both businesses and individuals that have been affected by shocking cases of abuse of civil rights and miscarriages of justice.

It is time for us all to unite, to tackle this problem head on.

Corruption is happening, it should not be happening but together, we can and will make the difference.

We are here to create justice for the victims, to make an impact on the perpetrators and to influence change in the law, to close the loopholes in flawed legislation that are exploited by those that seek to deprive others of property and assets.
