I read an article recently about how some people and families struggle to fund the expense of periods every month. Particularly those with low incomes and/or those who have multiple daughters. I think this is shocking and it really touched me as, I may not have much but I have enough that I’ve never had to worry about periods or hygegne.

Anyway, I’ve started putting period packs together. These can be single packs for single women or teenagers or family packs for those families who may have 2+ daughters etc. These packs will include sanitary towels and/or tampons, feminine hygiene products, other bath products and some sweet treats for those period cravings. There are photos below of what a single pack and a family pack may consist of and they are given away completely free if charge.

Money raised will go towards supplies for the packs as well as postage and packaging costs for those whi cant travel and dont live in my local area.
