Is the title of my MA in Photography research project, which is bringing me back to my Sicily for research on field.

In collaboration with local realities and with the support of NGOs, cultural mediators and interpreters, I'm exploring the faces, traces and spaces of the female migrant community hosted in Sicily, in order to facilitate "the production of new knowledge and contrast the hegemonic texts, to compensate for the circulation in politics and media of a series of negative images and words concerning refugees and asylum seekers"
