Story
It was with great sadness that we discovered during our busy, happy and magical annual Christmas Fayre on Sunday 3rd December 2017 that somebody had stolen a large amount of our takings. We estimate approximately £400 was stolen at the event.
We cannot express strongly enough the hurt and upset this theft has caused, knowing that someone has entered our lovely school building and welcoming community and stolen money intended for the good of our children.
We have been touched by the united spirit of our school community and the kind offers of help we have received to recover the value of this loss so we can continue to provide the very best at our school for our children. It is uplifting to know that out of this bad situation we find ourselves in, there is a united spirit of goodness and kindness within our wonderful school community and a determination to ensure that our school and children will not suffer as a result of this theft.
The organisers of this event worked extremely hard in their own time to make sure this was a successful and happy day for the school and all the children and families who were attending. We are all devastated that someone could do this to us.
Your kind donations and support are all very much appreciated. Thank you.
